Allan Smith...

Allan has had a passion for history and fantasy since the first time he picked up a certain book from his local library by Spike Milligan, Sir Nobonk and the Terrible, Awful, Dreadful, Naughty, Nasty Dragon (which he subsequently bought).  A re-enactor for four years now, ever since first discovering them at the 2004 open day at La'Trove University.  He is now a member of three re-enacting groups, the globally recognised recreation group SCA, and a proud member of the Melbourne Swordplay Guild where he is currently studying the art of the rapier, two handed longsword and the more popular English backsword.

Currently studying Medieval and Ancient History at the University of Melbourne and occasionally working at the Werribee Mansion as a waiter, he is gathering some experience in the filming industry, having been a part of multiple public displays, an extra in a university production The Maiden's Warrior and also appearing in Snowgum's, Run Rincewind Run! and Troll Bridge.  He will also later be appearing in the coming two years in a Star Wars fan film, Rise of Trayolphia as fight choreographer, assistant producer and script writer and imperial aide.  All in all, he is building up quite the resume.
