Emily comes from a small town in Central Victoria called Avoca. She sees it as very flat and boring and with not much to do, which is probably why she became an artist.

Emily has been sketching, drawing and painting since she could first pick up a pen. In the early years she wanted to be an Illustrator, but then had a short stint as a Journalist and then went on to University. She began studying Visual Art, which bored her to tears so swapped over to Multimedia.

She became obsessed with 3D and has now become more interested in film and visual effects. Emily completed her Degree in 2003 and will be travelling overseas for a year or so but hopes to pursue her career in making and designing characters/visual effects for film.
