Emma Bournes...

Emma Louise Bournes has been seriously acting since the age of 15.  She was a dedicated member of a local theatre company in Adelaide, South Australia for five years before she left to study acting at The Kathryn Dean School of Media and Performing Arts.  After studying for three years, Emma performed on stage with her graduating class in a production of William Shakespeare's Lear in the Adelaide Fringe Festival, 2006.

Following this production she then moved to Melbourne, Victoria, where she now hopes to further her acting career in film, television and theatre.  She is currently in the works with a local Melbourne based theatre company.

As well as her acting, Emma enjoys art and writing.  She is currently working on her first novel and hopes to get it published by the end of 2007.

Emma has also had the opportunity to work with some of Australia's best known actors on the set of the 2008 release, The Tender Hook.  These actors include Hugo Weaving, Rose Byrne and Pia Miranda.
