Marnie Gibson...

Marnie completed a BA in Performing Arts at Curtin University and trained in musical theatre at WAAPA before moving to Melbourne to continue training.  She studied at both the National Theatre School and St. Martins Theatre before commencing the acting course at the VCA.  She has appeared in many stage productions including Short and Sweet and Your Text Here at the Arts Centre, Highway Ulysses at the VCA and in Anthony Crowley's award winning musical The Wild Blue.  She has also performed her own cabaret show at Capers and St. Martins and has sung in cover bands in both Perth and Melbourne.  Marnie has also appeared in numerous short films and commercials, and has been featured as a dancer in film clips.  She has just returned from study in New York where she trained with David Mamet’s Atlantic Theatre School and auditioned on Broadway, followed by a quick stint in London with Pineapple Studios.
